Ey!
Mähän sanoin et teen throwbackin viime vuoteen. Mä kyllä hyppäsin yhden päivän yli, en jaksanut. Kerron siis tarinaa kuvien kera ja kuvan jälkeen tulee selityksiä.

I told you I was going to do a throwback to last year. I did jump over one day though, I was lazy.
I'm going to tell the story with pictures and so after a picture there will be a text.

Vuosi 2014 alko miten monella muullakin, ilotulituksilla ja räiskeillä, sekä tinan ennustuksilla. Viime uutena vuotena olin Suomessa, isäni luona, ja silloin oli ensimmäinen kerta, kun menin katsomaan Senaatin torin ilotulitusta. Se oli mahtavan näköinen muistan vieläkin suu aukinaisenä räpsien kuvia joka asiasta mitä näin :D Vuoden alku sujui mukavasti, keväällä sukulaisia tuli käymään meidän luona Luxembourgissa, ja heille yllätyksenä lehdettiin Pariisiin. Kävin Musée d'Orsay:ssa, joka oli itselleni hieno kokemus, artista kun pidän :) Kiipesin myös Eiffeliin varmaan viidennen kerran :D
Pääsiäislomalla menin sitten taas Suomeen, ja näin siellä ystäviä, keitä en ollut nähnyt vuoteen <3
Vähän myöhemmin sitten oli Benelux-leiri, missä näin myös vanhoja ystäviä, ja sain uuden parhaan ystävän, kenen kanssa ollaan sitten pidetty yhteyttä, mutta ei olla onnistuttu näkemään :( ei mennyt kauan, kun sain mieleni pois haikeista hyvästeistä, sillä toukokuussa lähdettiin äitini kanssa sitten kahdestaan Kreikkaan :) (tähän asti en ole löytänyt kuvia, luultavasti kaikki on vielä vanhalla koneella, mutta en jaksa siirtää niitä uudelle, sillä vanha on niin hidas)
My 2014 started out like many other peoples', with fireworks and the prophecy of tin. Last New Year I spent in Finland, and that was the first time that I went to see the fireworks of Senaatin tori. It was amazing, I remember me looking at them with my mouth open, trying to take pictures of everything I could see :D The start of the year went by easily, and in spring some relatives came to see us from Finaland. As a surprise to them we took them to Paris. We visited the Musée d'Orsay, which was a great experience for me, as a lover of art :) I also climbed the Eiffel tower for the fifth time :D
In the Easter holidays I went to Finland, and I saw some friends that I hadn't seen in a year <3
A little bit after that I went to a Benelux camp, where I also saw some old friends, and I got a new best friend, to whom I've been talking to every once in a while, but we haven't managed to see each other :( It didn't take long, until I got my mind off of the wistful goodbyes, because in May, me and my mom went to a weeks holiday to Greece :) (until now I didn't find any pictures, because they're probably still on my old computer, but I'm too lazy to put them to my new one, because the old one is so slow)
Kreikassa oli todella mukavaa :) Pääsin pelaamaan ranta lentopalloa ihmisten kanssa, ketkä osasivat yhtä paljon (vähän enemmän) kuin minä :D Sain ruskettua ja maata auringossa. Mutta sielläkin piti välillä keskittyä ja lukea tuleviin Compoihin. Sieltä tullessa ei sitten ollut enään muuta jäljellä kuin loppukokeet. Niistä selvittiin kunnialla (paitsi joistain aineista), ja päästiin vihdoin taas kesälomalle. Siinä viimeisinä päivinä ennen Suomeen lähtöä valvoin ja välillä otin kuvia hienoista auringonlaskuista.
Greece was a lot of fun :) I got to play beach volleyball with people who were as good (and a little bit better) as me :D I got to lie in the sun and just relax, but I did have to some work, too by revising for the Compos. After that there wasn't much left except the finals. I passed with honor (except for some subjects), and we finally got our long waited Summer Holiday. Those few night before leaving to Finland I went to sleep late and at times I took some photos of the pretty sunsets.
Siinä kesäloman alussa olin rippileirillä isosena Partahrjulla Kv59, joka oli ihanaa aikaa. Mulla oli ihana ryhmä ja kaikki ihmiset siellä oli tosi mukavia :) Ilmaista ruokaa ja kahviahan se periaatteessa oli, mutta kyllä mä siellä töitäkin tein kun iltaohjelmassa piti juoksennella ympäri ja kuolla maahan :D En nyt oikein viitsi tässä kubia sieltä laittaa, sillä ei ole kenenkään lupaa laittaa niitä muualle kun suljettuun facebook ryhmään. Mutta muistot jää ikuisesti <3
Leirin jälkeen lähdettiin sitten isän, äitipuolen, sekä silloin 4v pikkuveljen kanssa neljän päivän telttaretkelle :D Mulla oli oma yhden hengen armeija teltta, olihan se ihan mukava varsinkin kun oltiin kolmas ja neljäs päivä Kolilla, ja sain telttapaikan niemenkärkeen omaan 5m säteen rauhaan.
Sen jälkeen käänsinkin naamani kohti kesämökkiä Virolahdessa, minne tulikin sitten koko suku juhlimaan jokavuotisia rapujuhlia. Siinä menikin sitten pari päivää siellä mökillä, oli tosi mukavaa siellä omassa rauhassa (taas). Tämän jälkeen lähdinkin suoraan Saloon Perniön Ponitallille Kesäleirille.
At the beginning of the summer holidays I was a biggie at Partaharju Kv59, which was a very fun 10 days. I had an amazing group, and altogether everyone was very nice :) free food and coffee it was, basically, but I did do some work around, too, when I had to run around and fake dead in the evening program :D I can't put any picture in here because I don't have anyone's permission, but the memories will stay in my memory forever <3
After the camp I went camping with my dad, step mom, and my then 4 year old little brother for four days :D I had my own one person army tent. It was quite nice, especially, when we spent the fourth and fifth night at Koli, where I got a spot at the headland with a 5m radius of my own space.
After that I turned my head towards our summer cottage at Virolahti, where all our relatives came at for our yearly crayfish party. I spent a few days there, and right after that I left to Perniön Ponitalli (a stable) in Salo for a summer camp.
Tämä oli ensimmäinen kerta, kun nousin hevosen selkään sinä kesänä. Sain hakea laitumelta tallin suurimman ja osaavimman (myös vaikeiten kiinniotettavan) hevosen, Riksen. Rikse on vanha kilpahevonen, joka kilpaili ennen suurissa esteluokissa, ja osaa myös paljon koulu asioita. Riksellä ei enää hypätä vanhojen jalkojen takia, mutta sillä silti vielä ratsastetaan, ja Riksestä on tässä talven aikana kehittynyt yksi omista lemppareistani Perrassa. Harmi vaan Riksellä ei paljoa päästy enää ratsastamaan sillä leirillä, sillä hän alkoi ontua iltapäivän tunnilla :(
This was the first time I climbed on a horse that summer. I got to search Rikse from the fields, and he is the biggest and most skilled (and the hardest to catch) horse on the PerRan stable. Rikse is an old competition horse, who used to compete in high jumping classes, and knows a lot of dressage, too. Rikse doesn't jump anymore because of his old knees, but you can still get him for a lesson if you're skilled enough. Rikse has grown to be one of my favorites in PerRa during the winter, but too bad We could only ride him twice during that camp, because later on the first day he started to limp :(
Leirin ensimmäisen tunnin menin esteitä ilman satulaa, jatkaen omaa perinnettäni. Tänä vuonna pompin tallin vuonohevosen, Charmtrollin (lempinimeltään Pallero, Masi tai Pallomasi) kanssa. Ei ollut parhaimpia tuntejani, mutta oli se silti hauskaa, pari kertaa sieltä meinasin tippuakkin :D
The first lesson I jumped without the saddle, following my own little tradition. This year I jumped with the fjord horse of the stable, Charmtroll (we call him Pallero, Masi, or Pallomasi). It wasn't one of my best lessons, but it sure was fun, a few times I almost fell from up there :D
Pääsin myös vihdoin kokeilemaan tallin ilopilleirä, Perran King of Heroes, tai Kingi. Siinä on ihana hevonen, keneltä puhtia löytyy :D paljon Kingi jaksoi siellä juoksennella, ja yhdessä vaiheessa otettiin kisa kaverini kanssa, mutta Kingi lähtikin sitten kaverini ratsun, Sissin perään, joka oli aivan eri suunnassa kun minne piti mennä, joten kupsahdin sieltä alas :D
I also got to try out the energetic happy horse of the stable (finally), Perran King of Heroes, or what we call him, Kingi. He's a marvelous horse who doesn't tire very easily :D he kept running when I let him, and at one point me and my friend took a competition, but Kingi ran to his friend, my friends horse, Sissi. This was completely the opposite way that I was prepared to go, and so I fell :D
Ja sitten oma lempiponini tallilta, Bucefalos tai Buce/Busu. Bucen kanssa menin loput estetunnit, sekä yhden leikkitunnin (joka oli kunnon kaaos), ja Bucen kanssa tultiin sitten myös leirikisoissa kolmanneksi. Esteet olivat 85-95, ja yhdessä vaiheessa tie tuli niin vinoksi, että olin varma, että Buce kieltäisi, mutta uskollisena ratsuna hän silti hyppäsi (en oikein ehtinyt mukaan, alemmassa kuvassa juuri kyseinen este). Oltiin hyvä pari, sillä tavallisesti Buce tykkää pukittaa ja äksyillä :D (semmonen hän sitten leikkitunnilla oli).
And then my personal favorite, Bucefalos or Buce/Busu. Buce carried me over the rest of the jumps during that camp, and in the camp competition we got the third place with the hight 85-95. At one point the rout was so wonky, that I was almost sure of him not jumping over, but being faithful to his rider, he flew beautifully over the jump. (I didn't really get into the jump very well, on the bottom picture is this specific jump). We were a good pair, because usually Buce kicks and bucks :D (and that's what he did on the one lesson that I rode him bareback).
Kun leiri loppu ja loma oli lopussa, tulin takaisin Luxembourgiin, ja kun täällä oleskelin ja yritin hukata aikaa johonkin, pistin sitten kaikki studio vehkeet yläkertaan, ja otin siinä jonkin verran kuvia ittekseni :D Sinä päivänä otin myös kuvan, joka on sivun alareunassa.
When the camp ended and the holiday was at its end, I came back to Luxembourg, and there, trying to spend time on something, I put up the studio on the top floor, and had my own little photo session :D at that time I took the picture that is at the very bottom of my blog.

Kouluvuoden alussa mun kaverit tuli meille yökylään, ja otettiin silloin lisää kuvia. Meillä oli hauskaa ja niistä tuli aika hyviä. Vasemmalla on minä, keskellä on Asta (käykää katsomassa hänen bloginsa klikkaamalla tästä), ja oikealla on Pihla. Meidän ystävyys on pitkä ja ihana tarina mutta en ala nytten kiduttamaan teitä sillä.
My friends came over at the very start of the school year, and we took some photos together. It was a lot of fun, and we got some pretty good pictures. at the left is me, in the middle is my friend Asta (check out her blog by clicking
here), and at the right is my friend Pihla. It's a beautiful story, really, our friendship, but I'm not going to start telling that now.
Syksyllä kun alkoi tulla pimeää aikaisin, multa lähti unet. Valvoin öitä ja olin väsynyt koulussa. Päivät oli kidutusta ja yöt oli hiljaisia ja rauhallisia, mikä sai minut lumoihinsa. Kun tuli sumu viikot, kamera oli aina jossain käden ulottuvilla.
When in autumn the night started becoming longer, I lost my sleep. I stayed up during night time, and I was tired at school. The days were hell and night were quiet and peaceful, which captivated me. When the fog weeks came, I always had my camera at the reach of my hand.
Vaihdoin kesän jälkeen uuteen talliin, ja uusi opettajani on ihana, ja olen oppinut häneltä paljon enemmän tässä puolen vuoden aikana kun yhteensä koko ratsastusurani aikan (joka on kauan). Kiitos kuuluu tietysti myös ihanille poneille, hevosille, ja tallikavereille. Yllä olevassa kuvassa on tallin varsa Crispy, jolla on ratsastettu vasta 1.5 vuotta, joten opin myös häneltä paljon.
I changed my stable after the summer hoidays, and my new teacher is amazing. I've learned more in these six months than in all of the time I've been riding (which is quite a while). Thanks belongs to the ponies, horses, and my friends at the stable, too. In the picture above is the foal of the stable, Crispy, who has only been ridden for 1.5 years, so I've learned a lot from her, aswell.
Mua pyydettiin tuomariksi joulukuun alussa jouluratsastuskilpailuun. Sain siellä mahtavia kuvia. Se oli syksyn lukukauden kohokohta.
I was asked to judge at a christmas riding competition. I got lots of amazeballz pictures from there. I think I could say it was the highlight of the first semester.
Lumi tuli, ja niin myös talvikin. Vihdoin. Loman alussa kun oli kaikki ystävät Suomessa, lähdin sitten yksi päivä tallille ottamaan kuvia, mutta siitähän te jo tiedättekin, siitä on tehty blogipostaus ;)
Snow came, and so did winter, at last. In the beginning of the holidays, when all my friends were in Finland, I went to the stable to take pictures, but you already know about that, there's a blog post about that ;)
